Andy lost a good friend in a car accident and couldn't celebrate christmas with him. They used to go to the mall, checkin out stuff that cost too much and pretend to be interested in it. It hurt him that he couldn't spend a another christmas with him.another reason is that rob's mom used to every year and tell him to come pick up his rock.when the phone rang it was rob's mom calling and it ruined the rest of the christmas for andy. Andy went to the mall with keisha and didn't have a real good time cause it wasn't fun without rob around. It made him fell real bad that he went to the mall without him.
